By requesting a transaction, you agree to these terms. Bright Cell Phone Bill facilitates eligible account payments through available retail payment channels. We do not provide carrier network service and cannot change carrier account terms.
Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate account information, have authority to use the payment method, review the carrier and amount, and approve the complete total.
Fees and authorization
The account-payment amount, service fee, and total due are disclosed before processing. Your approval authorizes a one-time charge for that total.
Posting and availability
Posting times vary. Services may be unavailable because of account restrictions, carrier systems, payment review, or technical issues.
Trademarks and independence
Carrier names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and identify eligible services only.
Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable Texas and United States law.
